Mr. Yang Shuguang has been practicing for more than ten years in areas including film and television, media and entertainment, intellectual property, and finance and securities. His legal services include advising for film and television projects; resolving disputes, which include film and television contract disputes, film and television investment and financing disputes, artist agency disputes, artist portrait rights or reputation rights disputes, and intellectual property disputes such as trademark rights, copyright and music copyright; and acting for corporate mergers and acquisitions and financing and restructuring.
