In the field of securities legal business, Mr. Luo has led the restructuring and IPO of tens of companies including China Software and Technology Services Co., Ltd., Shandong Rizhao Port Co., Ltd., Luoyang Axis Research Technology Co., Ltd., etc.; participated major asset restructuring and refinancing projects of a number of listed companies; and participated in the issuance of H shares and additional A shares of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., H-share listing of China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and A-share listing of Datong Coal Industry Co., Ltd. In addition, Mr. Luo has participated in the establishment of China Life Pension Insurance Co., Ltd. and the issuance of 10 billion secondary capital bonds by Beijing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.
